We aggregate district-level government data — budgets, crop prices, water levels, scheme coverage, infrastructure, and more — and present it in a clear, accessible interface for every Indian. The platform covers 20+ Karnataka districts and plans to expand to all 780+ Indian districts.

Data Sources & Methodology
ForThePeople.in aggregates data exclusively from official Indian government portals under the National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP) 2012, which requires government departments to proactively publish non-sensitive data in open, machine-readable formats. No data is scraped from unofficial sources or estimated.
